[TRIPLE PLUS Foundation System Terms and Conditions]

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe rights, obligations and responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Foundation and its members in connection with the use of the TRIPLE PLUS System (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the TRIPLE PLUS Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

1. The term "bond-type staking service" means a service that supports the technical agency of bond-type staking with TTT coins held by members at the request of members and is paid over a certain period of time to KRW converted to members.
2. "TTT Coin" is a cryptographic asset issued by the TRIPLE PLUS Foundation and is used in this "bond-type staking," accounts receivable, and bond-type BTT activation service.
3. "Bond Staking" is a TRIPLE PLUS system activity that means contributing to the project process and receiving compensation accordingly.
4. The term "traumatic sales bond service" means a service that supports the technical agency of accounts receivable with TTT coins held by members at the request of members and is paid over a certain period of time to KRW converted from compensation obtained from blockchain network verification activities to members.
5. "Traumatic Sales Bond" means the right of a member to conduct credit bond transactions at a standard unit price of KRW 1,200 (variable) within 20% of the TTT quantity staked (bond type).
6. "Activation of BTT for Bonds" means a TTT coin held by a member with benefits (rights) supplied by the foundation, which allows members to participate in additional bond-type staking at the request of the member.
7. "BTT" means the benefits provided by the foundation to the recommender at the same rate when new investors introduced through the recommender participate in bond-type staking.
8. The term "benefits provided by the Foundation to the Referral" means the BTT-based benefits provided by the Foundation to the Referral in the event of new bond-type staking through the Recommendation.
9. "Compensation" means assets received at a compensation rate determined in exchange for participation in bond-type staking, accounts receivable, and bond-type BTT activation.
10. "KRW" is the unit by which the deposited TTT coin is automatically converted, and 1 KRW has a value of 1 KRW.
11. "Member" means an individual or corporation who agrees to these Terms and Conditions and uses the Services.

Article 3 (Effects and Changes of Terms and Conditions)

1. These Terms and Conditions take effect when the person who intends to use the Service agrees to do so.
2. The Foundation may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate the relevant laws and regulations.
3. The revised terms and conditions will be implemented after prior notice, and members can terminate the contract if they do not agree to the revised terms and conditions.

Article 4 (External Rules)

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the relevant laws and regulations and general business practices.

Chapter 2 Use of Services

Article 5 (Contents and Structures of Bond Staking Services)

1. Members will automatically convert the amount staked (debt-type) and staked (debt-type) TTT coins into KRW.
2. Converted KRW will be paid equally weekly for one year (52 weeks) as the total amount (including approximately 10% compensation).
3. Members who have completed bond-type staking will have the right to trade accounts receivable at a standard unit price of 1,200 won (variable) per unit within 20% of the completed bond-type staking TTT quantity.

Article 6 (Content and Structure of Service of Foreign Sales Claims)

1. Members who have completed staking (bond type) can start trading accounts receivable at a standard unit price of 1,200 won (variable) for the same quantity as the quantity of staked (bond type).
2. Credit sales bond transactions can be initiated by members' choice within 20% of the TTT quantity of the total amount of staking (bond type) completed.
3. The corresponding amount of the accounts receivable completed transaction is automatically converted to KRW.
4. The converted KRW and total amount of accounts receivable (applied to the unit price of accounts receivable) will be paid equally weekly for one year (52 weeks).

Article 7 (Contents and Structures of Bond-Type BTT Activation Services)

1. When a newly registered member completes a bond-type staking through a referral, 100% of the completed bond-type staking TTT quantity (1,000 BTT per 1,000 TTTT) is paid as a BTT benefit.
2. The BTT received by the Referral from the Foundation requires activation and completes additional bond-type staking through the desired percentage (up to 20%) of the BTT quantity held by the Member's choice to activate the BTT and complete the BTT activation.
3. The enabled BTT is staked (bonded) and the amount is automatically converted to KRW.
4. Converted KRW and total amount (staking amount) will be paid equally weekly for one year (52 weeks).

Article 8 (TTT transaction between members)

1. Transfer and transfer of TTT authority between individuals is when the headquarters completes the development of related services and the notice of service execution is completed.
2. Members can transfer and transfer the TTT authority paid to each other.
3. TTT transfer and transfer cannot be guaranteed by the terms and conditions in the event of an accident by prioritizing personal agreements over terms and conditions to the headquarters.

Article 9 (BTT transactions between members)

1. Transfer and transfer of BTT authority between individuals is when the headquarters completes the development of related services and the notice of service execution is completed.
2. Members can transfer and transfer the paid BTT authority to each other.
3. In the event of an accident, BTT transfer and transfer cannot be guaranteed by the terms and conditions in the event of an accident by prioritizing individual agreements over terms and conditions to the headquarters.


Article 10 (Duration of Agreement and Expected Dividend Rate)

1. The term of the agreement to use and participate in this Service and the expected application dividend rate according to the investment are agreed as follows.
Agreements and dividend periods: 365 days (equal weekly payment for 52 weeks)
2. The expected dividend rate in Paragraph 1 is based on the expected return that will be incurred by the member's management of the investment through the TRIPLE PLUS service, and principal loss may occur depending on the investment management situation.
3. Dividends under this Agreement shall be paid in cash on the base date of payment (dividend period).

Article 11 (Penalty for Midterm Termination and Termination of Agreement)

1. Members have the duty and responsibility to carry out the contract as a priority during the contract period.
2. Members may terminate the Agreement by notifying TRIPLE PLUS HQ in writing prior to the expiration of the Agreement Period.
3. If a member cancels an interim contract (hereinafter referred to as interim termination) within the contract period from the date of conclusion of this agreement, a partial termination fee will be charged based on the dividend paid, investment, and headquarters loss.
3. If a member inevitably breaks the contract within the contract period, the difference excluding the dividend and investment paid can be compensated with TTT coins.
4. TRIPLE PLUS HQ will pay TTT coins after deducting penalty (cancellation fee) to the member within 30 business days from the date of receipt of the member's request for termination of the contract.
5. If a member intends to terminate this Agreement, he/she shall apply in writing to the TRIPLE PLUS headquarters, and the application for termination through a third party does not apply. If the contractor is not identified, the member should visit the TRIPLE PLUS headquarters with his ID card.

Article 12 (Lapse and Termination of Rights)

1. If the depositor terminates or withdraws, the remaining remaining deposit, 50% of the principal amount of the bond, will be paid according to the method designated by the foundation.
2. However, payment will be processed within 7 days from the date of termination, and all deposit and bond-related rights will be extinguished thereafter.
3. The depositor may not make any additional claims for the amount repaid prior to termination

Article 13 (Conclusion of a contract for use)

1. Those who wish to become members agree to these terms and conditions and enter into a service use contract by providing the information required by the Foundation.
2. The Foundation may refuse the application for use in any of the following cases.
2.1 Providing false information or stealing other people's names
2.2 For the purpose of conduct in violation of laws or social order
2.3 Other cases do not meet the foundation's standards


Article 14 (Restriction and Termination of Use)

1. Members can terminate the service at any time.
2. The Foundation may terminate the member's use contract or restrict the service after prior notice in any of the following cases.
2.1 Utilization of Illegal Purpose
2.2 In the event of infringement on the rights of others or unfair behavior
2.3 System obstruction, technical threat detected
2.4 In case of violation of the principle of using one-person account service

Chapter 3 Safety Transactions and Accident Prevention

Article 15 (Management of Access Media)

Members shall be responsible for managing the access media (ID, password, authentication information, etc.) and shall not transfer, lend, or leak it to third parties.

Article 16 (Accident Liability and Immunity)

1. The foundation is not responsible for accidents caused by intention or negligence of members (password exposure, theft of other people's names, illegal deposit, etc.).
2. The foundation can temporarily put the transaction on hold or proceed with the identification process if necessary for increased security.

Article 17 (Monitoring Illegal Transactions and Abnormal Transactions)

1. The foundation can monitor transactions based on standards such as AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Customer Identification).
2. If illegal transactions, abnormal patterns, or proxy deposits are detected, deposit payments may be withheld or redeemed.
3. Violation of the principle of one-person one account while using the TRIPLE PLUS service may result in full recovery of investment and compulsory withdrawal of members.

Article 18 (Personal Information Protection)

The Foundation protects members' personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and does not use it for purposes other than the purpose of providing services.

Article 19 (Exemption Clause)

The Foundation is not responsible for the following cases.
18.1 Damage due to reasons attributable to members
18.2 Loss of assets due to illegal activities by third parties
18.3 Force majeure reasons such as natural disasters and hacking


Chapter 4 Supplementary Provisions

Article 20 (Application and Notice of Terms and Conditions)

1. These Terms and Conditions are effective from June 8, 2025.
2. The foundation will notify you in advance through its website and app when revising the terms and conditions.
